Gongming·Ideal City is developed by Shanxi Ruifu Real Estate, located at Wuyi East Road in Yaodu District, Linfen. Designed as a modern "Fourth-Generation Residence" community, it integrates features such as sky gardens, 6-meter high terraces, outdoor activity areas, and low-density courtyard-style living—bringing green and breathable spaces into high-rise homes.

With 106–152 m² 3–4 bedroom units and one-lift-two-house layouts, the project emphasizes healthy living, natural ventilation, and long-term residential comfort. To support this philosophy, MENRED provided a professional fresh air ventilation solution tailored for high-rise ecological housing.
