The fresh air ventilation system installed in Huaxing New City provides continuous clean air supply and intelligent indoor air quality control for high-end urban residential buildings. By integrating energy recovery ventilation with smart sensing and control systems, the solution ensures healthy and energy-efficient indoor environments.
1.Energy Recovery Ventilation with High Efficiency:
The Menred S5 system features advanced enthalpy heat recovery technology, reducing energy loss while delivering filtered fresh air. With enthalpy heat recovery efficiency up to 58.7% (cooling) and 70.4% (heating), along with high PM2.5 filtration efficiency and airflow up to 350 m³/h, it ensures clean and comfortable indoor air.
2.Smart Air Quality Monitoring and Control:
The RS485 air quality sensor works with the CLS4.0E smart controller to monitor indoor air conditions in real time, enabling automatic adjustment of ventilation modes for optimized indoor air quality.
3.Low Noise and Energy-Saving Operation:
Equipped with DC inverter fans and optimized airflow design, the system operates quietly while maintaining energy-efficient performance, suitable for modern residential living.

Huaxing New City is a landmark urban renewal complex located in the Suhewan core area of Jing’an District, Shanghai. The project integrates high-end residential buildings, Grade A office towers, commercial spaces, and luxury hospitality, representing a benchmark development in central Shanghai.
To meet the demand for healthy indoor environments in high-density urban living, the project adopted a fresh air ventilation system with energy recovery and smart control. The integration of ventilation units, air quality sensors, and intelligent control panels ensures continuous fresh air supply, improved indoor air quality, and energy-efficient operation.

This project demonstrates how smart residential ventilation systems can enhance indoor comfort and air quality in large-scale urban developments, providing a reliable solution for modern high-rise residential ventilation projects worldwide.
