Characteristics
1. Whole-Home Fresh Air VentilationThe NET250.Pro provides a centralized ducted ventilation solution for residential spaces.
Outdoor fresh air is introduced into the home while stale indoor air is simultaneously exhausted, creating a continuous air-exchange path across multiple occupied rooms.
This makes the system suitable for
whole-home residential ventilation, where bedrooms, living areas and other spaces require organized fresh-air distribution.
2. Up to 250 m³/h AirflowThe NET250.Pro provides three airflow levels of approximately
120, 200 and 250 m³/h.
Different fan speeds allow the ventilation rate to be adjusted according to actual residential use, providing flexibility between normal daily ventilation and periods requiring greater air exchange.
3. H13 Fresh-Air FiltrationBefore outdoor air enters the occupied space, it passes through an
H13 filter on the fresh-air side.
The system also incorporates
H11 filtration on the return-air side, helping protect both indoor air quality and the internal heat-exchange components.
For a modern residential ventilation system, this means fresh-air delivery is combined with filtration rather than simply transferring untreated outdoor air indoors.
4. Energy Recovery During Air ExchangeContinuous ventilation can otherwise increase heating or cooling demand by repeatedly replacing conditioned indoor air with outdoor air.
The NET250.Pro uses a
counter-flow enthalpy heat-exchange core to transfer heat and moisture between the outgoing exhaust air and incoming fresh air.
By recovering part of the energy that would otherwise be exhausted outdoors, the system supports more energy-conscious residential ventilation while maintaining continuous air exchange.
5. Programmable Ventilation Around Daily LifeThe
E51.33D Programmable Fresh Air Controller adds scheduled operation to the ventilation system.
Instead of running at the same setting throughout the day, residents can manage ventilation according to different periods of daily life.
For example, ventilation requirements may differ between daytime occupancy, evening family activities and overnight operation.
Programmable control provides a more convenient way to adapt the
whole-house ventilation system to these changing residential patterns.
6. Low-Noise Operation for Long-Term VentilationA residential ventilation system may operate for many hours each day, so acoustic performance directly affects indoor comfort.
The NET250.Pro operates at approximately
23–34 dB(A) depending on fan speed.
Low-speed operation therefore provides an option for periods when quieter ventilation is particularly important, such as during rest or nighttime use.
7. Fresh Air Without Relying Solely on Open WindowsNatural window ventilation depends on weather conditions, user habits and outdoor conditions.
A mechanical
residential ERV system provides a dedicated ventilation path, allowing filtered outdoor air to enter the residence and stale indoor air to leave even when windows remain closed.
Combined with programmable control, this gives residents greater control over when and how their home is ventilated.
More about the project
Ruima Heyuefu is a residential project located in the
Tianping Lake area of Tai'an, Shandong Province.
For modern residential buildings, indoor comfort increasingly involves more than heating and cooling alone. Bedrooms, living areas and other occupied spaces also require regular air exchange to remove stale indoor air and introduce filtered outdoor air.
MENRED
NET250.Pro Energy Recovery Ventilators are used together with
E51.33D Programmable Fresh Air Controllers to create a centralized residential ventilation solution.
The NET250.Pro establishes two coordinated air paths. Outdoor air is filtered before being supplied to occupied areas, while stale indoor air is extracted and discharged outside.
During this process, the enthalpy heat exchanger transfers energy between the two air streams, helping reduce the thermal loss associated with continuous ventilation.
With airflow levels of
120, 200 and 250 m³/h, the unit can operate at different ventilation rates according to residential requirements. Its low-noise performance also supports extended operation in living and sleeping environments.
The E51.33D controller adds programmable operation to the system, allowing ventilation schedules and fan speeds to be managed around everyday living patterns.
By combining
whole-home air exchange, H13 fresh-air filtration, enthalpy energy recovery, low-noise operation and programmable control, the project provides a practical
residential ERV system for contemporary apartment living.
