1. PE-RT Pipe for Hydronic Floor Heating
MENRED PE-RT underfloor heating pipes serve as the water-carrying circuits beneath the floor surface. Their material properties make them suitable for hydronic radiant heating applications, allowing heating water to circulate through the floor piping system.
2. Centralized Multi-Circuit Water Distribution
The C2 Series Heating Manifold connects the heating supply with individual PE-RT pipe circuits. Its integrated brass construction and axial static sealing design help provide an organized and reliable connection point for residential floor heating systems.
3. Electrothermal Valve Control
The SEH32 Thermal Actuator supports electrically controlled operation of compatible manifold valves. This provides a means of regulating heating water flow through the associated underfloor heating circuits.
Lvdi V Island is a residential project located in Changsha, China, where MENRED PE-RT Underfloor Heating Pipes, C2 Series Heating Manifolds and SEH32 Thermal Actuators have been applied.
Unlike heating systems that rely on exposed radiators, hydronic underfloor heating distributes heat through water pipes installed beneath the finished floor surface.
In this project, the PE-RT pipes form the heating water circuits, while the C2 manifold provides the connection and distribution point for those circuits. The SEH32 actuator is used for electrically operated heating valve control.
These components represent three important parts of a hydronic floor heating arrangement: piping, water distribution and valve actuation.
The Lvdi V Island application highlights how MENRED floor heating products can be used together in residential projects where concealed hydronic heating is part of the building's indoor comfort infrastructure.
