After 9 years of living in the same home, the owner decided to redefine comfort from the ground up.
By integrating MENRED’s Five-Constant System— constant temperature, humidity, oxygen, silence, and cleanliness — the old home was transformed from traditional convection air conditioning to aradiant cooling and heating system, combined with energy recovery ventilationand asolar energy storage system.

After moving back in during the hot and humid season, the homeowner shared:

The system operates stably and efficiently, achieving both comfort and low-carbon living.
Eight Major Renovations
Insulation Upgrade– 110㎡ of internal polyurethane insulation (5cm thick), with airtight attic and sealed windows to reduce heat loss.
Radiant Cooling & Heating System– 150㎡ ceiling and 50㎡ wall radiant panels, custom-installed. The system runs withno airflow sensation and no noise, ensuring even temperature and natural comfort.
Fresh Air & Dehumidification– Two MENRED G6 fresh air ventilators(350m³/h each), with centralized return and multi-point supply, ensuring constant oxygen and humidity control.
Negative Pressure Exhaust– Five BR300 exhaust fans in bathrooms, attic, and storage rooms for continuous removal of humidity and odors.
Smart Lighting System–Mibee smart lightingwith Philips dimmable lights and no-main-lamp design, offering modern aesthetics and intelligent control.
Central Vacuum System– Upgraded piping and fittings for easy cleaning and healthier indoor air.
Solar + Storage System– 30㎡ rooftop PV panels, 12kWh battery, and 6kW inverter dedicated to G6 fresh air units.
