MENRED FAIO3 Underfloor Heating Manifold
The MENRED FAIO3 is a smart manifold for radiant floor heating. A manifold is the heart of a hydronic floor system. It takes hot water from the heat source and shares it out to each pipe loop under the floor, and it controls how much water each loop gets. What makes the FAIO3 different is simple: it arrives as one finished unit. The distribution bars, the anti-scaling actuators, the ball valves, the control center, and the EPP box are all built in and tested before the box ever leaves the factory. Each loop runs on its own, so every room can hold its own temperature. Connections are G1″, and the manifold works at up to 10 bar.

The FAIO3 suits radiant floor heating in villas, apartments, energy-efficient homes, and the WUHENG Climate System. Two to eight loops are available. The unit mounts on a wall and integrates neatly into a wider smart home.


Room-by-Room Temperature Control

Every loop carries its own actuator, and each actuator opens or closes one heating circuit on command. This is what lets one room stay warm while the room next door cools down. The control center reads each loop, drives its valve, and shows the state through an indicator light. When the light is on, that loop is open. The result is true room-by-room comfort, controlled from a single point, instead of one blunt setting for the whole floor.


Anti-Scaling Actuators

Ordinary actuators seize over time. Scale builds up inside, the valve sticks, and a loop stops responding. The FAIO3 avoids that problem from the start. It comes with anti-scaling waterproof thermoelectric actuators, fitted at the factory and rated IP56 against water. They stay free-moving through years of use. If the power is off, you can still turn an actuator by hand to open a valve, which makes pressure testing during installation quick and painless.


Dual Insulation Against Condensation

Run a floor system in cooling mode and the pipes turn cold. Cold pipes gather condensation, and dripping water can ruin a floor. The FAIO3 answers this with two layers of defense. First, the manifold itself uses a triple-glass, two-cavity structure. Second, the whole assembly sits inside a molded EPP foam box. Together, the two layers insulate every pipe and keep condensation from forming. They also cut heat loss, which helps the system run more efficiently.


Eco-Friendly EPP Box

The black outer box is molded from EPP foam, and it earns its place three times over. It insulates the pipework. It dampens the sound of flowing water. And it comes prefabricated, which speeds up installation on site. The material is easy on the planet too: EPP is non-toxic, biodegradable, and fully recyclable. Few enclosures manage to be quiet, warm, and green all at once.


Composite Integrated Interface

The FAIO3 ships fully assembled. An installer no longer has to piece a manifold together on site, joint by joint. Everything comes connected and pressure-tested in advance. That saves real time on the job, and it removes the most common source of leaks, which is a poorly made connection. Mounting is quick, and the finished install looks clean.


Smart IoT and One-Touch Control

The FAIO3 connects to the FaLink smart IoT system. Once linked, every loop can be watched and controlled from the app, wherever you are. A one-touch function starts or stops the whole manifold in a single tap. Communication runs over FA.LINK or RS485. Inside the wider WUHENG Climate System, the manifold works together with heating, cooling, and ventilation as one coordinated setup.

Water Distributor & Water Collector: the supply and return bars route water to and from each loop.

Anti-Scaling Waterproof Actuators: open and close each loop; IP56 rated and free of scale build-up.

Union Angle Ball Valves: isolate the manifold for service without draining the whole system.

CMS Pipe Fittings: standard fittings connect the loop pipes, with custom fittings available on request.

Installation & Safety

Wall mounting: mark the holes from the template, fit the expansion bolts, then use the built-in level to set the angle.

Clearance: leave more than 100 mm above and to each side, and more than 400 mm below, for service access.

EPP openings: cut the EPP foam behind the steel plate at the marked spots to pass the pipe runs through.

Drain port: reserve a drain port for maintenance.

Electrical safety: installation by qualified personnel only; keep the system free of water and power during wiring, and fit leakage protection.

Operating limits: indoor use only, at altitudes up to 2,500 m.
