The Big1.1 sits between the primary circuit and the terminal circuit and mixes the two to the right supply temperature. It fits air conditioning loops, radiant floor heating and cooling, and ceiling radiant systems. That makes it a core building block for villas, apartments, energy-efficient homes, and the WUHENG Climate System.
A proportional actuator drives the three-way mixing valve through three set positions: 0°, 45°, and 90°. The actuator blends primary and return water in the exact ratio the system needs. The station then holds the supply water temperature within ±1 °C of the setpoint, adjustable from 5 to 75 °C. Stable water temperature means stable room comfort. If power fails, the actuator can be moved by hand for testing or service.
The circulation pump uses variable-frequency drive. It only works as hard as the system asks. When terminal demand drops, the pump slows down, and energy use drops with it. This cuts running costs and sharpens control response at the same time. Maximum head is 8.5 m, maximum flow is 2.8 m³/h, and maximum power draw is just 87 W.
The station body is molded from EPP foam. The shell wraps every internal pipe run, so no cold surface is left exposed. In cooling mode this matters. Condensation forms on cold pipe surfaces, and dripping water damages walls and floors. The EPP shell keeps each pipe insulated, blocks condensation, and cuts standby heat loss. The material is also strong and pressure-resistant, so the housing protects the parts inside.
The Big1.1 connects to a smart IoT system. Once linked, the station can be monitored and controlled as part of a larger home automation setup. An RS485 interface handles communication with other equipment. The station fits neatly into the wider WUHENG Climate System, where climate control, ventilation, and distribution all work as one.
A spirit level is built right into the station body. The installer reads it during mounting and gets the unit straight on the first try. No separate tool is needed. Level mounting keeps the pump and valve seated correctly, which helps the station run quietly and last longer. Small detail, real time saved on site.
