Rongbang Tower is a landmark mixed-use high-rise located at the junction of Youyi North Road and Yong'an Road in Hexi District, Tianjin. With a total floor area of approximately 74,000 m² and a building height of 160 meters, the development integrates Grade A office space, commercial amenities, and hospitality — positioned as a key anchor of the Hexi Financial Innovation Zone.To meet the comfort and energy management demands of a large-scale intelligent commercial building, a fan coil unit hydronic control system was implemented across all floors. The combination of Menred's two-way motorized valves, electric actuators, and FCU thermostats delivers demand-driven flow control, stable zone temperatures, and reliable long-term performance — making this project a strong reference for smart HVAC control solutions in high-rise commercial and mixed-use buildings.
