Currently our raw materials of PERT heating pipe are Dowlex 2388 high density PERTII from Dowlex Chemical or LG LUCENETM SP980 from LG chemical.

Dowlex 2388 has excellent pressure and high temperature resistance. When the water temperature is at 60℃, the pipe has 90years’ service life. The materials are passed CUPA performance certification, and approved by national sanitation foundation NSF61, NSF14. The chlorine resist level reaches the highest level 5.

LUCENE™SP 980, LG PE-RT(Type I) is a high performance MDPE for hot and cold water pipe. It has excellent stress crack resistance properties and long term hydrostatic strength. LUCENE™SP980 Polyethylene Resin meets requirements of the FDA regulation 177.1520 and NSF/ANSI Standard 61 (Drinking Water System Components - Health Effect).

Our production equipment is Krauss Maffei production line from Germany, the best high speed extruder line. And we have METTLER DSC machine, plastic pipe thermal stability testing machine, METTLER dynamic thermal mechanical analysis machine, torque rheometer in lab. for testing. 4- Sun exposure resistance for 30 days

According to the requirements, the pipe should avoid ray of light during the storage, transportation and installation for fear of the chemical degradation and life time reduction caused by the direct sunlight.

Our PERT pipe in red color is with UV protection layer which can resist the exposure to the sun for 30 days in case that the pipe will be exposed to the sun accidentally during the transportation, storage and construction.

5-100% pressure preservation with 1.5 bar in the pipe

We fill pressure to the pipe. When you receive the pipe, youcan check if the pipes are damaged or not by loosening the air tap in the pipe.
