The Jinyun Future Community Project is a modern residential development located in Jinyun County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, designed as one of the province's Future Community demonstration projects. The project emphasizes smart living, low-carbon operation, and human-centered residential comfort.

To meet the requirements of high-quality housing delivery and intelligent community management, MENRED provided a radiant floor heating solution integrated with smart room temperature control, ensuring both comfort and energy efficiency for residents.

1. Smart Temperature Control for Modern Living
The project adopts MENRED LCD Heating Thermostat, featuring a 3.5-inch large backlit display that allows residents to clearly view temperature, heating status, and time schedules at a glance.

2. Programmable & Energy-Saving Operation
With flexible weekly and time-period programming, the system enables automatic heating control based on daily routines. Preset comfort modes (Day / Night) help reduce unnecessary energy consumption while maintaining stable indoor temperatures.
